-Portal re-enabled!

Minor Tweaks:

-Enemies/Polar Bears should stack on top of one another less often

Item Changes:

-Heartbeat increased to +10 Health instead of +5

-Metronome modifier halved

-Added a Metronome counter

-Made Determination’s description more clear

-Buffed Determination’s trigger hitbox

Bug Fixes:

-Portal’s sound no longer triggers on unparryable projectiles
